PROOF, HONESTLY

We're a new team. The receipts are coming.

Done-for-you AI for mid-market companies. We'd rather show you nothing than made-up numbers. Named case studies land here as real engagements wrap, until then, here's exactly how we measure the work.

HOW WE MEASURE RESULTS

Every engagement is wired to a number.

We pick the workflow costing you the most, build AI into it, and watch one of these move. No vanity metrics, no rounded-up guesses, just the lever and the baseline.

Pipeline & leads

Conversations captured, leads qualified, and meetings booked by the AI we build in, measured against your baseline.

Time recovered

Hours your team gets back once a workflow runs itself, tracked before and after we build it in.

AI search visibility

Whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini cite you, and how that moves once we optimize for it.

Calls answered

Inbound calls picked up, qualified, and routed instead of ringing out to voicemail.

EARLY WINS

Want to be the first named study on this page?

We're taking on early clients now. You get the work done for you and a senior team that stays until the number moves; we get a real, named result we can publish, with your sign-off. No anonymous quotes, no invented figures. Just the before, the after, and your name on it.

DONE-FOR-YOU AI

AI that does the work, built and run for you.

Tell us the one thing eating your team's time. We'll show you what AI can do about it, on a 30-minute call.

Does Smarter Revolution publish client case studies?

Not yet. Smarter Revolution is a new firm and will not publish numbers it cannot substantiate, so named case studies appear only as real engagements complete and clients agree to be named. The page sets out how each engagement is measured instead.

Smarter Revolution does not currently publish named client case studies. The firm was founded in 2024 and takes the position that showing nothing is better than showing numbers it cannot substantiate, so case studies will appear on this page only as real engagements complete and the clients involved agree to be named. What the page documents in the meantime is the method. Each future case study will describe what was built, which manual process it replaced, and what changed in the workflow after the system went live, written around the operational change rather than the technology chosen. Because the firm works with mid-market operators in manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, and food and beverage, those engagements concentrate on problems common to the four sectors: institutional knowledge held by a few long-serving staff, onboarding measured in months, inbound enquiries consuming operator time, and compliance records maintained by hand.
