What does the AI readiness assessment measure?
The free Smarter Revolution assessment scores four areas: whether operational data is accessible enough to use, whether the process is consistent enough to automate, whether it happens often enough to pay back, and who would own the system after launch. It can legitimately conclude a business is not ready.
The Smarter Revolution AI readiness assessment scores where artificial intelligence would produce a return first inside a specific operation, and what needs fixing before it can. It examines four areas. Data accessibility asks whether operational information exists in a form a system could actually use, which is the single most common blocker. Process definition asks whether the workflow being considered is consistent enough to automate or whether it varies by whoever performs it. Volume asks whether the task occurs often enough that automating it pays back. Ownership asks who inside the business would be accountable for the system once it runs. The assessment is free, takes a short set of questions, and returns a scored view with the specific constraints identified rather than a generic recommendation to adopt artificial intelligence. It is deliberately capable of concluding that a business is not ready.
